I booked a day tour to Halong Bay at the last minute, 4pm the day before to be exact. Mr. Phuong was very responsive and answered all my questions about the tour clearly. The tour was exactly as advertised on his web site: I saw the biggest karst cave I've been, the fighting roosters (symbol of Halong Bay), and beautiful scenery along the cruise. Seeing fishermen and lots of hawks was a delight for me, too. I'm very glad that Mr. Phuong could arrange things for me on such a short notice. He's professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
