Had a marvelous stay here, staff is friendly and professionnal, chef cook really nice food.

Rooms were old and the decorative stone/concrete floors in the toilet area was the worst planned out idea ever... twisted ankle on the way to the toilet in the middle of the night. Water pressure at less than zero in the shower. The bed was fine, not like sleeping in a cloud but passable. Scenery is pretty awesome, beautiful, serene, peaceful. The food was horrible and way over priced. Spent 800k between 2 people and ate twice hoping that the first time was just a miss but the second meal was just as horrible as the first. At the time we were there only 24 guests were there as well... took over an hour each time we ordered food for it to arrive. The majority of the guests were from what appeared to be one family, I expected the kids to be rowdy and play loudly but surprisingly it was the adults who treated the staff badly as if they were their personal servants and shouted loudly across our table on both of your dining experiences, I finally got tired of the yelling on the second day when one of the female guest decided shout over our table to her kid, I turned to look at her and said “please do you mind” at which point she told me to leave her country. All in all a negative 3 stars
The most beautiful resort I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Perfectly placed outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful pristine beaches and amazing food. The staff is also some of the friendliest people I have met in Vietnam!!!!!I would definitely recommend staying at this resort!
Amazing place to stay in. Very cozy, quiet, private access to beach... Restaurant is delicious and affordable. Excellent place to stay with the family or for a couple. Highly recommend visiting Chez Carole!
Lovely place with a lnice restaurant by the beach. Haven't stayed there, just had lunch and dinner a few times
I only had lunch here. Service was late (30 minutes before somebody brought me a menu), but then they apologized for it, and waited near me until I made the order. In the end I had to pay an extra 10% VAT, and a 5% service fee. Apparently this was mentioned on the menu (but I didn't have time to look with the server waiting for my order). When I asked what this VAT is, they showed me the menu and asked my room number. They asked me that when I ordered too (still no idea why, they said I can order even if I'm external). On this island I experienced for the 1st time in Vietnam the VAT on the bill, and now I also see the service fee.
Cosy and rustic place suited for my needs
Second time visit couple of years frame, free entrance, nice food, clean beach, enjoy swimming relaxing. Recommended for a day stay at least. We're not living here. French owned guess
