I went to Chau Doc Pagoda when the Ncovid 19 virus passed in Vietnam.

One of the holiest temples in Western, South Vietnam.
Grab a bike taxi ( return trip 60k vnd). Enjoy the view from the top. On way down visit the pagoda. It is beautiful, spend some time and relax. Go late afternoon.. its cooler and the afternoon breeze is a relief from the heat.
Spirit of Land A must visit in Chau Doc is Ba Chua Xu Temple - Spirit of the land. The powerful lady helped local people to come over the difficult periods.
Spirituality temple. So many people come here and wish for happiness, healthy and long life.
It is okay to drive your car (or bike) to top pf Sam mountain. There are a few pagodas on the way, you can stop over for sight seeings.
History site plus spiritual temple. God Bless you.
The temple itself is stunning. The only problem is the walking street which is packed with people and food stalls (sometimes motorbikes). You may find it is uncomfortable when people keep hitting on you and stuff.
