The food isn't very good, but there aren't many places in Ho Chi Minh City where you can enjoy a high-class atmosphere at such a reasonable price, so I think it's a good place to visit once in a while. The interior is beautiful as it is in a hotel famous for spending money on furnishings. There are few kinds of dishes, and the course menu was exactly the same as two months ago, so I think it's better to change it little by little.

Wonderful drinks, very professional bartender, nice and helpful service, amazing view in and outside, super quiet with some live piano, clean and shiny. The menu is diverse and some drinks are highly customizable to your taste. Snacks are legendary. Everything comes with top-notch presentation, from the glasses and bowls to the garnish.

Awesome Breakfast Buffet!!! The reverie egg is a must try. Service is fast, snappy and thoughtful. My wife dropped her table napkin and the wait staff was there to pick it up... Pronto! Great way to start the day.

What a glamorous place to have dinner Every corner looks fancy because its in a 6 star hotel You can order a set or pick for a single dish They have a cafe outside with the pool A buffet bar of dessert is full of cookies, cakes and fruit

Literally, the. best. restaurant. in. Saigon. There is really no comparison to the level of quality of Cafe Cardinal. Quality in every regard - the decor, the food, the atmosphere. If you plan on having a really nice, upscale dinner in Saigon, choose this place, without a second thought. I had the full course dinner. Included in the price is a selection of many cheeses, dried meats/cold cuts, and desserts, all of which are great. P.S. If you really want to "wow" your date, take them here! Just make sure to get a reservation and wear your nicest clothes first.
