Paradise Cruise will be considered one of the main highlights of our Vietnam trip! It is full of memorable experiences that are truly amazing. A note-worthy activity was dressing up in local Vietnamese attire during the “Royal Dinner”. The food spread is generally local but provided some Western fare as well. The service crew was professional and efficient throughout our entire trip. We would like to commend Ryan (Cruise Manager) and Rex (Head Butler) for being an awesome bunch! The activities of the HALONG Bay cruise were nicely scheduled. Perfect pacing for any type of visitor. The experience of being with your loved ones makes it even more meaningful.

Simply AMAZING. We had the best experience and would highly recommend Paradise Cruises to anyone considering taking a tour in Ha Long Bay. Do the 2 nights, 1 night would be too short. This a luxury experience and may seem more than other boats, but it’s worth every penny. Highly professional, organized, clean, gourmet, catered and fun. We were well taken care of, and well fed with 3 gourmet meals (both western and Vietnamese menus) everyday. Meals were a minimum of 3 courses (breakfast is buffet), sometimes dinner was 5 courses! The activities were fun and well organized. My only feedback is that you are charged for water at dinner. This was a little ridiculous because water is free throughout the boat (in rooms and when on excursions), so it’s a little silly that you are charged for water at dinner. Drinks were also quite expensive, had it been more reasonable prices, we would have ordered more...and in the end the company would make more revenue overall. This took away from the experience. Other than that...we loved it! And if you get a chance to request for a boat, ask for Luxury #3 - Grace (Cruise Director) and her team is amazing!

The sales office give wrong information when I made the booking (no a la carte available on board, the food is the worst part !!!). Be careful with the boat men driving you to Sung Sot Cave. He’s so careless to the point that he step on my feet and shove me to the chair). Worst experience!!! Never again and I will never suggest it to my friend. Save your money to something else or go when the price is low! You will regret it !!

Great trip on oasis Bay. Boat super big and with jacuzzi. Very fun time and staff is awesome. Food is so good. Everything was perfect

Good service start to finish. Collect hotel on time supplied drinks on the way in van. Stayed 2 nights in nice room with balcony on front of boat. Great food and service by crew. Highly recommended on trip North Vietnam.
