OK..20 stars for this business if not more. Attentive, prompt, punctual, helpful, friendly and good rates. Discounted a larger bike price..quality LARGE helmet with CLEAN NEW visor. Provides rain gear and spare helmet just in case you need it and a phone holder for maps on the move.Also sends good tips and hints along with interesting map routes to most local attractions. JUST FANTASTIC service and attention to customer..honestly ! VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH..scrupulously HONEST and very friendly.Family also own the Circle Bar which is equally good. CANT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH !!

Great service, good motorbikes.
Best customer service. You pay a little more but the service gives you peace of mind. Over a couple of months I had 2 bikes replaced immediately, I was in the gym and the bike was replaced during my workout. The information on gas stations to use, scenic bike rides is excellent, I did the my son route, very enjoyable ride. Excellent bikes. Great experience with Mike and his business
I've been renting from here since March 2020 and the customer service Mike has provided has been top notch. He came to my villa, gave me a choice of bikes to choose from, included new helmets, rain jackets and some tips for navigating Hoi An and the surrounding area - even a nice route to mountains. I got a Honda Air Blade which is a powerful 125 CC bike which I'm used to riding in Thailand. Great condition too. Any issues I've had, he's always been very fast to respond and help out. It's been almost 9-months now and will continue to rent from them. Thank you Mike :)
Great bikes and incredible service. I had no issues and any request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I can't recommend them enough. If you're ever in Hoi An, give them a try: you won't be disappointed.

The most professional bike rental service we've used by far!! Some other guests in our hotel recommended them having used them previously, and they really lived up to the review! We had our motorbike delivered at the hotel at the requested time, even on very short notice; they brought us rain ponchos (which helped us a LOT!! as it rained quite a bit), an emergency phone and first aid kit (we didn't use these but you can see how well prepared they are). The person giving us the bike (Mike) did a quick driving induction on all buttons and things on the bike, which was a first in over 3 months in Vietnam. The bike itself also was in great condition, the only one we had with phone support for GPS and the speedometer actually worked for a change haha. Also the staff (I only spoke to Mike) was incredibly kind and prompt to reply on Whatsapp. He was very friendly, polite and helpful and sent us an email with all the attractions and GPS coordinates for our route which again we found very useful - we visited the Hidden Beach, the hike down was so beautiful! He came and picked up the bike within an hour of us arriving back at the hotel and we could pay in USD or any currency convenient for us. I really cannot recommend this service enough!!!
My 8 year old daughter and I rented a scooter for 2 days to get out of Hoi An town and see some of the more rural country side as we didn't want to go on a tour. These guys were very easy to contact and deal with through messenger, the prices are extremely excellent value. They provided us with ponchos, helmets, first aid kit and emergency phone, but even better their email with directions, landmarks and less touristy activities was absolutely spot on! My daughter and I had an amazing 2 days on the bike seeing and experiencing the 'real vietnam' away from other tourists! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I would absolutely use them again for my next trip to Hoi An... Well done!
