When we arrived no one was able to speak English and the reception staff was not here. We had to wait 1h30 to get our room, without anyone giving us any information. It seems that the old person was trying to reach the owner. Our room was a mess, with bat feces on the mattress and floor, and the wall of the bathroom were dirty (it seems that they pump water from the Mekong). We also had no sheets. It was the worst stay I ever had. I think we didn't had the room we were supposed to have: we slept in an unfinished bungalows far from the better houses and; we paid 200,000 VND less than the price on booking. I do not recommend this hotel at all, the only person who spoke English was not a receptionist. The service was horrible. It's not the fault of the staff, but clearly of the owners who do not give them any trainings and don't seem to come often to manage the property.

What a great little hideaway and break from Saigon. Your staff was friendly and organized to us. The pool was just the right temperature and the overall experience was amazing. Thank you.
A beautiful place... Wonderful staff and the food is just brilliant. Having a blissful time here. I would have asked for better. It's such a wonderful setup and the food is so fresh.... It's as beautiful for the price range as it can get.... Pleasure to have found this place.
What a fantastic experience seeing how coconut candy is made. Amazingly friendly staff showing the different stages of the production process. So cool! If offered go and try the snake wine

This is a massive resort complex. Many eating places on site. Big swimming pool. Also has a waterslide, climbing wall and more. Good place for team building. Open to day trippers like myself. 30k for a swim. Cheap. Well worth the visit
