We had wonderful time in the cruise. This is a great shipping cruise. Everything was clean and shining, the food was very tasty. When we arrived to the ship all the crew was welcoming us with a bow and then with cold drinks. We had the Luxury cruise of 2 days and 1 night. On the ship we had a very good' large and clean room and the ship crew made us a nice surprise and gave us a cake and bed decorations for our wedding anniversary. We participate in aquatic tour to see the fishermen village and we went also to see a stalactite cave. In the evening we eat dinner and on the table they put our nationality flag, very nice gesture. The beds in the room were very good and we slept very well. In the next morning the cave and Tai chi lesson. From Hanoi and from Halong Bay the company gave us a free company bus. I really want to praise the cruise manager Mr. Ha, he was working very hard and because of him everything was smooth and very good. Mr. Ha was always there and always ready. Well done and compliments. He is also made for us a cooking lesson. And form the sales department of this shipping cruise I want to thank Jasmine which helped me a lot to close all the details for this cruise. Well done Jasmine. We highly recommended this company and this cruise.

I did the overnight cruise with 2 other guests myself. We opted for the pick up from our hotel and get got us early in the morning. It was about a 4 hour drive total with a pit stop halfway. The route there was ok as they had us on a larger 20 seater bus- but on the way back they put us on a small van - which was not what I paid for. Not only that, but the drivers were rude and made us sit in the very back of the bus when we were the only ones on board and there was open seating in front. This was the most upseting part about the trip, but it wasn't the cruiselines fault, it was who ever in their company is in charge of the transportation portion. So be sure to make a note of that if you are paying Athena Cruise for your transportation to and from your hotel. Cruise itself was nice, our tour guides were friendly and spoke great english. They feed you buffet lunches and dinners- and have a few group activities like going to the pearl farm and going on a boat ride. Sleeping accommodations are nice and spacious for being on a small boat. Don't expect the cruise ship to be like Carnival or Norwegian Cruise line. Wifi is poor, but enjoy your surroundings and don't be on your phone! Our room for three had one queen size bed and one pull in twin bed. The room didnt feel cramped at all. There are various room options, but since we got a 3 person room, we had to upgrade rooms but it also meant that we got a little balcony deck in our room.

We searched and booked Athena Cruise to Bai Tu Long through "Halong bay Cruise Hunters" agent rank#1 on Tripadvisor and this trip is definitely recommended, We were taken to cruise harbor and returned by luxury limo via highway, no tired for me and my wife. Food at meals were fantastic and cave and water activities were included as discussed, we only paid for drinks on boat. This is a must do !

Excellent for service, trip, restaurant, cabins, all! General manager TIM very special manager!!! Tour di 2 notti, organizzato alla perfezione. Le baie scelte sono davvero di incredibile bellezza. Grande attenzione alla sicurezza, cura del particolare. Il tragitto scelto è i migliore, la baia di Ba Tu long è meno turistica, meno affollata, più preservata dal turismo di massa. A bordo, siamo stati coccolati in ogni momento. TIM NGUYEN il manager si fa in 4 per rendere il soggiorno a bordo sempre al massimo livello. Esperienza che consiglio vivamente
