We arrived and checked in the room is fresh and in good condition, breakfast is really good, garden and pool are great. Bad thing is the girl in reception, they have a card machine but she has a lot of exuses not to use it. On the checkout (we looked at our roomservice the night before checking put) she wanted 2.800 000 dong but when we calculate the night before with other staffmember it was 1 670 000 so she tried to rip us. And we wanted a relaxed nice day at the pool but she had her son there.. screaming at him loudly, threw things and toys still screaming on the boy.. All the other staff is supernice and serviceminded. we stayed there 2 years ago and that time it was no hustling and trying to fool you but as she tried on our checkout we dicided that this was the last time staying there. Very nice family run hotel. Free airport shuttle.Nice pool, shame that the fountain not working. However the surrounding decking a bit loose and broken with protruding screws. The room was also a bit damp and smelly. We had to keep lighting incense sticks to mask this. Breakfast was good but not so good burger at lunch. Only 1 minutes walk to Herbal Garden restaurant which is amazing. The beach at the end of the road is ok if you walk about 100 metres to the right. However I recommend a moped to get you to other parts on Ong Lang beach. Only tin beers in fridge no bottled or draught beer.
Best Resort with special equipment ! The resort is new so everything best. Their resort near the beach with white sand. I love them much because they are very friendly. I will tell with my friends for their holiday when they come to Phu Quoc Island

Good hotel and almost new. Staff is friendly and is trying to improve the English. The receptionists and manager speaks good English and will try to accommodate every need. Breakfast is good, all you can eat buffet with all sort of dishes, Viet and western, fresh fruit,... It is very clean. They take you to the beach which is 300m away by golf car if needed and can help you with the renting of a motorbike. Food is a bit pricey there but good.
Nice, new place, but a little bit of a walk to restaurants, and about 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Lovely resort and very helpful staff! Whatever we asked helped with (organizing transfers, tours, stuff we needed) they were more than happy to assist. Would definitely recommend!
