Well maintained for the 18 holes except the river course that newly built is not worth to play. Pretty flat but with water hazard in every hole you played. Very good caddies that able to assist you and attentive your needs. The Golf club house food is not too great and do skip if you want to have a good local meal. The ocean course is really nice and you can feel the Breeze especially in the hot afternoon . Very convenient to get access to this Golf course and near to town so the commute is quite convenient.
Super caddies, nice green, we played under bad weather, and yet this place is very nice to play and enjoy. Recommended
I DO recommend this golf club, this is really a five star course and they are welcoming walk-in golfers. It has all equipment for rent at higher than average quality as the golf clubs in my photos. They have new 9 holes to make it 27 holes early this year, I want to try that and must come back for a new game. 30 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from great Sea Food Retaurants will be the same day travel and golf play from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, because the Vietnam Airlines and VietJetAir and JetStar have so many flights daily. Restaurant is not bad for golfers and good thing is that they have draft beers and fine wines. AS PEOPLE SAYS GREG NORMAN WONNOT MAKE ANY AVERAGE HOLES... AND ITS HAPPENING HERE

We came here on a Tuesday during Chinese New Year. The course was packed with tourists. Game was slow that we couldn’t finish 9 holes in 2.5 hours! Layout of the course was standard. 3 stars is for their location. I would recommend Ba Na Hills than this one.
The golf cause was fantastic, the club and staff could learn a thing or two about customer service from the other major golf causes in the area. I hope the management read this and am happy for them to contact us. We played after the recent floods yet the cause was still challenging, with greens that read true.
