If you want a Guest house to stay, and rent a motorbike at Phong Nha and return ít everywhere. Motorvina is the best choice. At first, the Motorvina homestay very cleaner and so cheaper than any another at Phong Nha. The motorbike so modern, style and you have a lot option, such as camera, body guard and luggage transit,... I rent a motorbike at Phong Nha to Hue, the trip so interested, have so much beautifull place on the road. When I give back the motorbike at the hotel at Hue, my luggage was arrived before 1 hour by Motorvina transport team. Especially, the staff so friendly and professional, the cost so cheaper than another. I have been there with my friends, and I'll be back, sure. Totally satisfied, that's my felt.

Great customer service from a friendly family! We rented a scooter for 2 days (with face shields on the helmets), they also helped us with everything else including booking and taking us to the bus. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. Eggs and bread are not delicious, then the got dogs for breakfast on the last day were our least favorite. As long as you're not picky about the free breakfast, everything else was great!

We booked for two nights, but only stayed one night. The room was wet and there was an extremely mouldy smell. It was so extreme that we asked for another room. But we were told that they don't have another available room, which was awkward because on Booking.com they still had some rooms. The owner offered me to cancel my booking, leave tomorrow and pay half of the price. We did so. On the whole we got the impression that they wanted to get rid of us and actually knew about the mould problem in the room, so it was quite on purpose. I would strongly recommend you not to book the double room with two beds! The other rooms might be okay, but this one wasn't.

We hired two automatic bikes for a day in Phong Nha and then a second day and third day for a trip from Phong Nha to Hue and organized new bikes for our next trip up to Hoi An. The bikes were delivered to our hotel in Phong Nha and collected from our hotel in Hue and in Hoi An after. The company also transferred our luggage for us. The customer service was absolutely amazing, going into detail of the ideal route and answering any questions we possibly had.Everyone from the company was a great help and made it all very easy - I would definitely recommend them.

They rented us an old bike for 85 k vnd, which is a good price, however the tires are quite small compared to all the other bikes. We got a flat tire coming into paradise cave, and they made us pay 250k to have a mechanic come out and pump it up. Total ripoff, not happy with the service

Friendly staff, good rooms for the price. Motorbike rental service is also on the same place. I can recommend Motorvina as a company, as we used it to rent bikes oneway from Hoi An to Hue, Hue to Phong Nha.

Bad bikes, good service. Owner tries to give you best service, but bikes definitely need better MRO. 3/5 bikes we rented for 3 days broke down or had major issues so we had to exchange them. One of them stopped running in the middle of the road out of nowhere. Some of the bikes have bad brakes, too. New helmets but pads only for 4 people. Exchange was no problem, owner came to where we waited within 15mins. If the bikes were in better condition, it would be a 5/5.
