Taste explosion today! Everything we wanted to find: more advanced knowledge gained during the market tour learning the names of unknown veg, workshop in the countryside, river ride on small boats, Recipes written in a cute handout booklet to take home. Hon was our guide and cooking teacher and he was great. He tailored the lesson so that each has challenge and children has a lot of help. I definitely feel confident to cook the four dishes at home You must go!

This cooking class was so much fun. We went through the market, bought food and then took a short boat ride to where the classes are held. It was really well managed, everything was well explained and the guide was excellent. The facility where they do the quick class is wonderful and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.
I went to Thuan Tinh Cooking Class as a solo traveller, since I heard great things about this class from my friends who recently went. The market trip was quite interesting. I discovered new ingredients that I never would have thought existed before, and the market scene was so cultural and interesting to immerse myself in. Even though I am a confident home cook, I was a bit hesitant about my ability in cooking Vietnamese food. But the class was extremely easy to follow, and I myself was able to make 4 delicious dishes! It was so humbling to be in such a beautiful oasis in my travel, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience. Thank you guys for everything!
Great market visit, boat ride and cooking class. We cooked 4 tasty meals which all has nice vegetarian options. Everything was gluten free. Tin Tin was a great teacher.
Amazing experience with a wonderful group of people coaching us through our morning of cooking delicious food! The market was fun and we enjoyed meandering our way through all the sellers picking up our ingredients. Then we took a boat to another boat and finally arrived at our oasis of a cooking school! Beautiful property with a great set up. The four dishes were delicious and fun to make and the staff really made the day special! Left with a fully stomach and a smile!
Amazing and expertly led cooking lesson. It was great to visit the market first and then spend time cooking in the beautiful surrounds of the kitchen area. Trang was our guide and she was superb and friendly.

Solid cooking class, excellent dishes that taste amazing! Really good gift at the end with the recipes too! Trang was our teacher for the afternoon, she learnt everyone's names, where they were from, and if they had any dietary preferences or allergies!
