There are no activities here when I came in the afternoon. There were small boats offering river cruise. No ferry seen at that time and there were not many people. It looked like the water way was not important anymore as the platforms were very small and the marina could accommodate less than 20 boats or yacht. However a good view of Saigon River was obtained.

the park is a very breezing place to walk and run in the morning. However, remember to arrive early before 7 am to have nice walk. after 7am, it is very polluted and noisy because this is the junction that many office workers ride into the city to work.
