Nice decor. Good staff. Decent food. Portions are on the smaller side. One vital improvement needed is with management. The steak and fish combo ordered was meant for 2 people, but it wasn’t filling (even with the spring rolls we ordered). Decided to order the tonkatsu (pork cutlet), but found a piece of hair in it. Stopped eating and informed the waitress, who politely apologized and brought us a dessert on the house. However, when the bill came, the restaurant still charged for the pork cutlet with hair. I didn’t dispute it, but I told the waitress that in this type of situation, not charging for the food with the unwanted seasoning is the correct approach. She was well aware, but informed she cannot do anything since the manager was not available. If this was true, then the manager obviously did not train the staff correctly. A manager should not have to be present to void an order with a hair in it. I’m just hoping it wasn’t hair from the armpit I was excited to find such a nice place, but doubt I will be going back. Good job manager

Such a beautiful and MUST-VISIT place! Fresh air, a little hot at day, but really amazing at night! Good food with acceptable price not only for date night but family gathering/private party️
Kazawa, served modern Japanese food which is located in a very quite neighborhood away from the crowded street in Thao Dien. The temperature was really high at noon time and we sat at the outdoor area without AC but it was not hot at all and can feel the breeze through the trees and water curtains. We ordered Cesar salad and 2 brunch sets which main course comes with Miso sup and cold drinks. Although foods are not quite filling, but to enjoy delicate lunch with such a good environment was really relaxing. If you want to get away from the crowded city, Kazawa would be a good location.
Kazama restaurant has a small menu, however they made up for excellency. Everything is well prepare, cook, and serve. The chef choices are one of many shots worth taken for first time customer. Atmosphere is nice and cosy. There are background smooth jazz music which lift up the mood nicely for a friends and family dining. The staffs are well train and polite in their jobs. Overall, welldone.
We had a fabulous lunch set starter and main course. A very stylish place. We will come back to try dinner soon. Highly recommend.
Excellent fine dining experience. Food was great. Great selection of wine and the ambiance was wonderful. I would definitely go again and would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We chose this place to celebrate my birthday & everything was perfect. The staffs were friendly, the drink was well-mixed with stunning view.
