A clean and professional environment with high end equipment (5 reformers). The staff are experienced and very helpful (I’m a beginner) and did a great job in making me feel safe and welcome. Recommended.

Excellent way for fixing your problems, Coach is very professional and knowledgeable. I am 48 with many years of physical stiffness eg, office syndrome and etc. and these Pilates exercises fix me from few first sessions. This helps me to know my body and fix it in the correct way. Should have tried this long time before, so I would have had a great physics.

I had my best experience of taking pilates classes at Pilates Saigon. The teacher is very passionate about pilates and you are very easily drawn into the experience of connecting your deep muscles of your body and feeling amazing after the class. Clean studio and very quiet so its perfect for concentration. I recommend very much.
