I came early in the morning for the sunrise, and it was an amazing one at that. It was quite peaceful, as there were only a couple other tourists and deliveries didn't start coming in until I left at around 7 AM. I can't speak for the seafood restaurants, however, as they were not open yet.

Interesting floating village with nice sea views.
The pier is not here anymore.. The government decided to get rid of it as it wasn't regulated apparently. So think twice before coming here expecially to see the pier and the restaurants on it.
While this is one of the top Tourist Attractions, you find garbage everywhere. We looked forward to spend time in one of the fish restaurants, but left after looking to all this dirt especially in the sea. Very sad!

Story time. Right as I got off the taxi, a 10yo-ish kid walked up and gave me a starfish, "It's a gift, you don't have to pay", he said. Feeling flattered af, I gave him 10k VND. And throughout the lunch, I saw a bunch of children pulling the same trick on every female tourist. I was so sad. The food is kickass though. 5/10 overall I guess.
