Great place, great food, great value for money. If you're a foreigner looking for a break from all that Rice and noodles and from Vietnamese food in general this is the place for you. Made us feel like at home despite being 10.000 km away from it. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a proper western meal!

Food and atmosphere is good, probably one of the best places for burgers at a moderate price point in Hanoi. They also have good beer. The only issue that I have is that it is always crowded here and the restaurant seems to have developed a following of cult like supporters, who claim that it is the absolute best place in Hanoi to get burgers, which definitely isn't true. You can get amazing burgers at a better price in many other places in Hanoi

Very good burgers and fries, however they don’t serve beer for some reason. Furthermore, the staff was extremely rude. I do not recommend to anyone at all. Close. The. Restaurant. You should also maybe reply to other reviews as they have been blank. Great burgers, and the sliders are right-sized. I order two sliders myself. The shakes are good too. Sweet potato fries are a bit of a miss, but the regular fries are good. Lots of places in Hanoi try to make a good burger, but they aren't up to Chops' calibur.
We have a hour drive to get from our house to the center. This was worth every second!
