They gave us the best advice what we should visit. They collected good hotels and suited with our budget. While we were in Vietnam, sales and operation staff called us to make sure that we felt happy with everything. Especially, I got a special gift on my birthday. It was surprising. On our girls trip to Vietnam this February, we wanted to do most of the sightseeing ourselves, but use a travel agency for some short excursions and day trips. For our Halong Bay portion, Vietnam Tour Advisors arranged a wonderful and relaxing trip for us. Even before we arrived in Vietnam, the planning was thoughtful and detailed. They were fast to answer all our questions and emails. The tour operator met us at our hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter district before the tour to give us the itinerary. On the day of the tour, the driver came to pick us up and from then on everything is well arranged and our 2 days 1 night Halong Bay was effortless and relaxing. Everything was executed on time and all the excursion at Halong Bay went off without a hitch. We had so much fun, relaxed and completely enjoyed our time at one of Vietnam's most beautiful place. I work for a NGO in Vietnam and I often welcome groups of collaborators from all over the world. They always consult me about where they should visit, for how long, which tour operator can offer the best travel with reasonable price. Although I live in Vietnam, it was not easy for me to find such company. Eventually, I gave them several options and after considering all, they chose Vietnam Great Tours. This decision turned out to be fantastic, we had 15 unforgettable days discovering Vietnam. Mekong delta was marvellous and peaceful. We enjoyed a fun and free time on a private cruise in spectacular HaLong Bay. Sapa town was amazing too. There were so many beautiful places and funny experiences that I can't tell. Lâm, our tour guide, had such a profound knowledge as if he were an encyclopaedia, and he spoke fluent English too. My Australian friend said that I was so lucky to be born and grow up in this beautiful country. I am very proud. My friend and I went on a tour from Hanoi to Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh and then to Angkor Wat Temple. If you are looking to get away from the tourist sites and want a unique experience I highly recomend Vietnam Great Tours. Our guide was Tony Hung who was very informative about everything for the history to the foods and culture of the areas we traveled to. Anh Zdung was our driver (in Me Kong delta only) and he was super cool. We went to Tony Hung’ house on the way to Hoi An and took a ride on scooters around his town which was beautiful. It was the greenest landscape I have ever seen. We ate a seafood lunch on the beach and it was one of the best seafood meals I had ever had. We stopped at a pepper farm, a local market, coconut candy factory, Cao Dai temple, mangrove forest preserve, two floating markets and ate lunch (which was the best thing I ate in Vietnam) at a families house near the preserve. Every spot we stopped at was an amazing experience and we met some really nice people along the way. If I was to ever go back I would definitely use Vietnam Great Tours again. Once we got to Angkor Wat Temple, we took was took around the exploring the culture as well as beliefs. If your planning on doing Southern Vietnam and Cambodia I would highly recommend star from Hanoi to Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh and Angkor Wat Temple. Hung will help you customize your journey and I promise you will see and experience amazing things.
