So we were interviewing different levels of hiring managers. On our research we found that Vietnamese fresh graduates or young professionals (less then 3 year experience) are struggling on the following key skills Problem solving Skills Project management / development Skills Presentation & Interpersonal skills. And this is one of the key matters, tempting hiring manager kind of reluctant or resistant to hire fresh graduate and young professionals.
