Delicious! You have to stop by here if you come To Ninh Binh proper. The little sausage sticks are small but delicious! We paid 5K a stick, best bargain ever. The bahn mi is the way to go though. Bread is toasty, you get the little meat guys in the bun and they have tasty sauce. Like that pick of me writing a review?? #travelsilly

Was going to the trip advisor place at first but I saw a bunch of people here and decided to stop. Very well worth it. Very delicious and not that expensive. I ordered an extra sandwich to go. Will eat here one last time before I leave Ninh Binh.
One of Ninh Binh's Specialty dishes : Eel Vermicelli. If you love eel, or adventurous enough to try if you haven't. They serve either Mien Luon (eel in vermicelli noodles soup), stir fry to go with rice or porridge. I had the Mien Luon for 35 k which is very value for money for eel. When I arrive, the eatery was full and mostly locals. Highly recommended!

I dont get why there were so many good reviews about this place. The taste was not to my liking. Maybe its an aquired taste I took a sip of the soup and could not take any more. The sellers couldn't speak English too so be sure to show them some pictures if you wanna try it out anyway.
The meat is marinated spicy and delicious bread, served with mayonnaise and chili sauce is great
