Very nice, small-scale organic cacao farm. The owner speaks good English. You can take a walk through the cacao trees and after that he can show you the full process of how he makes chocolate from cacao beans. We also got to taste the products from every stage. Peaceful and interesting place and Mr Cuong is a really good guide to the organic and natural way he makes various cocoa products from his fruit. The same methods have been used since his father established the farm in the 1960s. Was fascinating to taste the products at different stages of processing, from the raw fruit, to cocoa nibs to the finished product.
Great experience wandering in cocoa farm, learn how to make and roast cocoa, enjoy the time being in the farm and talking with Mr Muoi. Gotta go back to Vuon Ca Cao Muoi Cuong once I travel to Can Tho. Highly recommend!
Cacao Plantation where you will learn how Cocoa is grown, harvested, processed, and manufactured. Awesome! The owner is great, happy to show you the whole process and let you taste it. Note that it's officialy only open till noon (then it depends on how lucky you are).
