I attended a workshop given my Karen that was an all-day course on how to empower oneself. We did many role acting exercises throughout the day and had very meaningful conversations, guided by Karen which helped all of the participants access very deep areas of trauma or distress. I remember so clearly just after Karen had performed a healing chant over my head as I sat quietly. Suddenly I stood up immediately and proclaimed, “I am enough!” I will always be grateful to Karen for this deep insight which has changed my life. It truly was an awakening of the power within. Karen is an outstanding practitioner who has helped me enormously both physically and emotionally. Her cranial sacral work was particularly effective and Karen took the time needed to talk through and understand my unique issues. I would whole heartily recommend Karen for any treatment offered. I am in total gratitude for the healing gifts Karen Gay has been given. Being a physiotherapist myself I need somebody to take care of my body too and Karen has been that person for the last few years. She is excellent in assessing and treating your pains and discomforts with a traditional musculoskeletal approach but also with other techniques like craniosacral therapy which I can highly recommend.
