Amongst all the cruises, We chose Alisa for 2D1N journey. Top notch hospitality. Our guide Robert is a really funny, cheerful guy who truly loves his job. Each and every meal that was served on the cruise was amicable delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.

The trip was wonderful , from the transport arrangement to the cruise ship. Our agent, Nancy, was very helpful in making sure the transfer from the hotel to the cruise ship was safe and comfortable. On the bus, we were greeted by Robert, our guide, who was very friendly and informative. On the ship, the room that we stayed was very nice and clean, with hot water shower. Staff was friendly. Food was excellent. Interesting activities including cave explorations, pearl farm and kayaking. Thank you Alisa Luxury for making our trip and memorable experience.

Great 5 star ship, the biggest ship and nicest one in truly Halong bay. They picked us by luxury limousine car from Hanoi. Everything was smoothy.
