Ama Quang Ngai values its' teachers the least possible. The boss lies to teachers (cancelled visa, which I payed for myself, even though it was "guaranteed" visa to be saved after resignation), threaten (see screenshot) and shout at them. Most of the teachers, that I have interacted with left this company during probation period. You will be fined, if you forget to check-in/check-out at the beginning/end of each lesson. You will be fined if you are 1-3 minutes late. You have to write feedback about each student, each lesson, prepare outdoor activities and lesson plans in your free time. Please, don't teach at this company, otherwise you will get painful experience for low rate.

I taught in AMA Quang Ngai for 10 months before leaving for Korea, It's an awesome time with very cute children in Quang Ngai City. The school has an organized communication tool, it's slightly difficult with the new teachers but helpful for students and teachers. It's suitable with the energetic, dedicated, professional teachers, that's reason why some teachers is impossible to overcome the first time if they are not ready in improving their teaching skill and having the badly working attitude. The management board is available to help teachers joining AMA in the status of the money difficulties as if they are owning a high dedication. Thanks
