I’ve never dealt with a company like this in my life. They shmoozed us at the airport and gave a price for private English speaking driver , lunch , and boat tour to halong bay. We have done private tours before and you pay a portion up front and the rest once you get back to the hotel. Upon arrival, the driver, who did not speak English, demanded we pay the whole amount of money up front or we do not go. This turned into a big thing and I said I would pay half. Long story short they backed out of the trip. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY’RE DISHONESR CHEATS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
