I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They were very friendly when I was there and spending a lot of money. But there was no accountability and complete denial when they shipped me damaged goods. One of the paintings I bought was improperly packed. It arrived damaged. Blue Gallery would not take responsibility. If the painting was packed right, it wouldn't have been damaged. I bought a few paintings from Apricot Gallery too. Apricot's packing was of a much higher standard. All the paintings I bought from Apricot arrived in perfect condition. It's not about the money. It's about the lack of customer service after the sale. Blue Gallery only cares about one-time sale. They lost a customer. I'm most upset that a beautiful painting was damaged. I love art and their packing shows a lack of love for art. Blue Gallery is only about the money. No respect for art. Stay away from Blue Gallery. There's no after sale service. Go to Apricot Gallery. They'll take care of you and your art investment.
