Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Andy who speaks English and always informs me clearly what the mechanics are saying. Even though there are Honda garages closer to my house I always choose to go farther to this one. Highly recommend it.

Dear Owner.As you will see above my name is David Lederle.My wife and i are teachers in Vietnam.This evening while returning home from Super Youth school down the road from you my wife had a problem with a tyre on her Honda Vision.At the gas station next you it was suggested that she go to the Honda Dealership and they would help. When my wife arrived at the Garage, she asked whether they would please check her tyre for her. The reply from one of the mechanics and i might add to much laughter from the others present was pay me VD 600 000 and we will look at it.My wife confirmed that this is what was said with two other customers . My question to you is as follows 1.Is this the way you treat all your customers .Knowing that the cost of a tyre repair is around 30 to 50 000VD. 2.Do you rip off(cheat ,steal) from all Foreigners because we don't all know Vietnamese. 3.How could you mechanics do this to a woman alone in a foreign City and allow her to drive off knowing the dangers of driving a motorcycle with a flat tyre??? I think what happened to my wife tonight was totally uncalled for, and despicable an definitely not what the Honda name and service that i know stands for I am incredibly disappointed in you Dealership
