Modern and clean hotel. Good Lunch and dinner. Good location (Sapa is very small and you can walk everywhere from the hotel)

Would not recommend in terms of service and room quality. There is a strong odor to the hotel that makes me gag! There wasn’t any heating and the room was extremely cold that made it very uncomfortable to sleep. They made our stay very unpleasant

Nice clean room but no window. Hot water! Breakfast was cold.

Fine. We had to go here because of our walking tour of Sapa. Freezing cold, friendly-ish staff. Can park motorbike inside at night but have to watch them do it or they won't. Awkward mealtimes but okay for what it was.

Staging hotel for Sapa tour. Single combined bathroom and shower for about 20 guests to "refresh" and after an overnight train/bus from Hanoi. Suffice to say it was questionable whether we came out dirtier or cleaner than you started.
