Love the place, food and service ! The menu has quite some diversity so I can try news things every visit. The drink is big enough to last your whole meal. Staff is friendly and attentive. Admire the chef for the taste of the food and especially the marianating magic on grilled course. Vegetable set is the best in terms of combination and plating. I highly recommend the place for friend, family dining.

Ambience: decent, typical style suitable for grilled food. The seating arrangement is mostly suitable for groups of 4 or less. Air flow is ok, so my clothes didnt smell funny after eating grilled meat there. Food: between ok to decent quality. Kimchi pancake is too flour-packed. Price is medium to high. Overall recommend for grilled meat enthusiasts not tied on budget

I have lunch set here. It includes a salad, a main course (to be chosen from variety dishes), a very excellent soup (consist of sour bamboo shoots, eggs, beef), kimchi and boiled vegies (a bit cold). Delicious, nice and fast service.

Great food and nice service. One of the best Japanese cuisine restaurant in town. I highly recommend the salad, all kind of it. The atmosphere is great and we can sit in covered space to have some privacy. Love it here.

In my opinion it is NOT REALLY A JAPANESE RESTAURANT, JUST A CHEAP COPY! The food and price was affordable, but the service was horrible, nothing like Japanese service! When my family and I went up to the front desk nobody was there to greet nor guide us to our table. Then one of the female staff gave a sigh and reluctantly asked us to be seated. She was as friendly as a North Korean Guard. Once the order was taken, we had to continuously ask for all of the items on the menu the waiter kept on forgetting. Finally when our bill came out they charged us for items that we did not use. My guess is that the staff are not well trained or are not well paid. It is a shame, the poor service really killed the dinning experience.

Not way too good as Uratei but fairly enough for those seeking for good cooks
