I am pretty sure the staff understood what we said, because we can speak Vietnamese well. I still remember the situation that we were the customers who came earliest and left latest. I believe it’s not the server’s fault, because she help us to ask the kitchen why our order not finish yet. But no one give her a reply, so she help us to cancel the order. Then the kitchen reply this time”WE ARE MARKING NOW, CANNOT CANCEL!!!” That’s why we are so angry and just give you one star. It’s really poor service and bad experience. I must emphasize once again that your food is very good, and I believe it wasn’t happen if you were in the shop that time. But it really means your staff didn’t get well trained, cannot be counted on. I hope you can solve these problem and make your restaurant better. Happy Ramen is my favorite JP restaurant in Binh Duong. I really hope it can be better and better. Thanks. I like food here, but the service is bad. We come here earlier, but always make the food and send the dishes to other table. When we ask the waiter, she only say sorry and do nothing. One hour passed, when we’d like to cancel the Mapo Tofu. She still said cannot, already making. After all the customers gone, the Mapo Tofu finally came. Really bad service, never come again.
