If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this place as far as cheap accommodation goes, is pretty good. You probably won't get better value. The staff were helpful.. we left our chargers with my sister's so I asked to borrow an adaptor and there were no questions asked. We did have to ask for fresh sheets though because even though they said they were ran, there was hair in the sheets in a few areas, so we werent certain they had been changed. They changed our sheets straight away. Because I speak Vietnamese, I can't say how well the staff would understand English, but I definitely think, if you want to experience real HCMC, staying a night or so, out in a few different districts will give you a chance to see how the locals live and eat their amazing food. Spoilt for choice here.
