We book a transfer between Hue and Hoi An stopping in several points of interests. The car and our driver Loc were both excellent. He explained to us about Vietnam history and traditions. It was a fantastic trip. Highly recomendable!

Pansy was very helpful, I only organised a trip to Ba Na Hills about 9.30pm the night before. Anh promptly arrived st 8am the next morning & drove us safely there and back, waited for us. Very comfortable & safe trip!

We booked a car from Hue to Hoi An. 45 minutes after pick up time and the driver is nowhere to be found. They repeatedly lied and said he was 15 minutes away and there was traffic. Our hotel said there is no traffic in Hue at 10am on a Sunday. In a place where all pick ups show up 10-15 minutes before pick up time, their behavior is disappointing and the repeated lies are just disrespectful to customers. The hotel had to call us another car that showed up in 5 minutes for the same price and would stop anywhere we requested. Save yourself the time and hassle and just avoid this company.

Perfect service. We read a lot about the company on TripAdvisor and they have over 1000 review with not one that's negative. So therefore we contacted the company over WhatsApp the night before, contact was easy direkt over the website buttons. Even with only a few hours before our plan to leave hue it was no problem to get a car. We asked for a special route from hue over hai van pass, to marbel mountain, to my son and than to our hotel in hoi an. All was scheduled as we had asked for. They even suggested a pickup time next morning to avoid any trouble regarding the time we would like to spend on the different spots. Our driver Rin was perfectly on time even 10 minutes to early. He was very friendly and helpful. Explained the route he would drive and suggested where to stop as we had a rainy day. He drove very safe and progressive, far from what you normally use to if you take a Vietnamese cab. He even was so kind to grab a banh mi for us as a snack on the was around noon. In the end we paid 50 each included all the ticket fees on the stop's we made. Truly not cheap for Vietnam transfer but overall one of our most stress-free transfers that we ever had! And we had all the stop's on the way and did not lose the time for only a transfer by train or bus. If you keep in mind that otherwise you may need to go to the train station or the bus station. Yesterday we felt very good visiting Hue City. Hung is an excellent driver, a very proactive and funny guy. He took us from Phong Nha and went with us in Hue. Dang the tour guide he spoke very good english, gave us a lot of very interesting informations regarding tourist atractions.

I have been using Hue Private Cars twice now, from Hoi An to Hue and Hue to Phong Nha. The company seems to be really organised, they know what they are doing. We where been picked up right on time. Our drivers has been so friendly and funny and well English speaking, and both of them had some good information to share with us on the road. They was very kind to stop the car everytime we wanted to take some pictures. I can highly recommand travellers to do some tours with this company. Can't wait to come back to Hue again!
