It is nice and quaint area. Away from the hustling & bustling area. Found this by accident and it is a good surprise. It's located deep inside of a small lane. We had a good coconut coffee, net spring rolls, and banh xeo. The owner gave us free pamelo grown in their garden, and she even taught us how Vietnamese eat the fruits (with salt and black pepper).
Such a great place, really fresh, healthy local food with decent prices. May have to wait a little while because they are not busy and they prep everything from scratch but worth it!
