Reviews promised a lot, delivery was unsatisfying clothes still dirty after wash. Lost my clothes bag also. Only nice thing was that clothes came packed in plastic bag. They did not make any effort to make anything better, only blamed us for not showing the dirty spots.

Don’t look anywhere else. This laundry service is the ABSOLUTE BEST. They showed up to pick up and drop off our laundry EXACTLY at the promised time. Communication was quick and easy. Price was affordable. The laundry was perfectly clean upon return. All in all, a seamless and great experience which supports a local family rather than a greedy hotel that charges 5 to wash your underwear. Will absolutely use again when I return.
This is an excellent service. Our laundry was picked up at our hotel within 30 minutes and delivered back in perfect condition later that night. They paid special attention to two delicate pieces. They also delivered the clothes when we were not at the hotel and were happy to let us leave the money at reception for the them the next day. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service. Picked up the laundry from my hotel in less than an hour. Process was easy and service was on time. Laundry was returned within the day. Clean!!! Excellent service. The owner reached back several times to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommended.

The team at Fly provided an amazing service! Everything was arranged on WhatsApp (very good English spoken) and a collection was arranged within 30 minutes from our hotel reception. We asked for a next day service and the clothes were collected at 9.30pm and returned at 3pm the next day. The clothes are weighed in front of you upon return with digital scales so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. Clothes were all very clean, no missing items, smelling really fresh and at a very good price given the speed and convenience. I would definitely use Fly again. Highly recommended A
