Their bikes are rusty and broken (brakes not working). Also the woman is very rude. I tried two bikes, which were both broken. When I showed her that the rear brake on the second bike did not work, she was very unfriendly and told me I should use the front brake. I suspect she has never used a bike herself as anyone who has ever ridden a bike knows that is a very bad idea to use the front brake alone.

Go at your own risk!!! We've been travelling for 4 months and had our washing done all over in Indonesia, Cambodia no problems. Miss Minh is a lovely lady to start with all smiles and chatty. 3 of us collected our washing from miss Minh all smelling lovely and fresh. But 4 of my items had shrunk so much they could fit a child. Fair enough one item was brand new and bought from here (never worn, gutted) but it didn't explain why my other items that were old and been washed a hundred times with no problem had also shrunk so much. I was also missing a sock and my friend was missing several socks too. We returned hoping to retrieve the missing items and maybe some compensation for the 4 items. She never apologised blamed us for our own items shrinking, kept storming off cursing us under her breath!!!! Told us she was tired and she wanted to check the clothes and to come back in a couple of days!? Returned but she wasn't in and another family was waiting for her as they had someone else's bra in their washing! We came back the following day she couldn't find what she had done with my clothes, finally found them but lost the missing sock and then tried giving us someone else's socks to make up for losing mine. We stood for hours refusing to be ignored as she stopped round like a child saying it's my fault the items had shrunk, cursing us and disappearing into her house. She finally gave us a pathetic 200vnd which covered the price of the one new dress that was shrunk but not the other 3 items and missing socks. If your travelling for a long time you will understand that 4 items of clothing is a lot to have to replace and fork out for. Save your time and avoid this place.
