Asked for Lobster Tagliatelle , got noodles with lobster. Place was beautiful, staff very attentive, the actual taste was good, presentation very good also. But I missed the actual pasta taste. For a 20 meal in Vietnam I really expected more. Pictures of my food vs actual tagliatelle below

Wow, what a place. Haven't had such a fine dinner in a long time. From appetizer to dessert, every course was outstanding for itself. Great service and very interesting architecture, as the elongated restaurant allows for some privacy and exclusivity. Expect to pay 20 USD per course and person if you include some house wine and drinks.

Being Italian it is very difficult to find real Italian restaurants in Vietnam especially on a Vietnamese island. In this place you can taste amazing Italian dishes made with alternative recipes but still tasty as the original version. The restaurant is very elegant with a great service, but the bill is not so high considering the quality of food and the location (a pasta dish costs less than a trattoria in Milan). The restaurant is located inside the Salinda Resort that is a very nice place. I strongly suggest this place if you want to eat Italian food or you want to have a romantic dinner.

Can only recommend the place. We had a very good night with great service and delicious dinner. Can recommend the lamb as well as the fungi soup especially. A special night with nothing to complain!

Great food and service. I give the restaurant 4/5 since it is really ‘not value for money’ in comparison with other local restaurants. But if you want to eat a fancy dinner or celebrate something special, this is definitely a recommendation.

A fantastic restaurant for anyone wanting something more Eurooean. The food is' without exception' excellent. The service is impeccable...they check to ensure everything is right' at every stage. If you are staying in Pho Quoc you probably can't find a better' more professional restaurant.
