Great Phở recommended by my Hanoi colleagues. Even as a Saigonese I like this Phở a lot because it's less (fake) sweet than in the south and has a very delicate taste. Yummy!

Pho price is expensive than local price but it has a nice interior with kind servers. Taste also very good with different version of Pho's. It is definitely good place to recommend to person needs table inside and near Time city
Solid Pho, relatively small portion. Liked the broth, the brisket was a bit chewy. Straight forward no frills place. Got also a big beer selection and is open 24/7.
Tasty and fresh beef with good soup. They offer good services with reasonable price. If you want to eat good northern style of Phở in a better place than street food shop, then you should come here.
Couldn't get Chicken Pho but the other one were also good.
