I just went there yesterday and stored some suitcases and boxes in a M Unit with them. The manager there, Miss Ly, was kind and explained everything well. They just opened, so not everything is finished yet, but overall good impression.

What a great storage place! I can't recommend Ly and her team more highly. They have been professional and accommodating throughout.
Ms. Ly is definitely the person to talk to! Because of the virus I was stuck in a different country, but that did not stop her from helping me move all my stuff from my apartment in Hanoi to the storage, she even got me a movers (transportation) to help with moving my boxes to the storage unit! She did all the communicating because I do not speak Vietnamese. She made my life so much easier! Will definitely recommend Kong Kho! They take the time and effort!!
Finally Hanoi has international calibre storage units. I’ve waited years for this. Clean, temperature controlled, secure and pest-proof. Manager Ms Ly speaks excellent English and is professional and helpful. Reasonable prices. KingKho deserves a 5-star rating.
King Kho provides excellent service. Communication is always quick, the staff is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The storage facility is well maintained, secure and very convenient to use. I would highly recommend King Kho.
