Really lovely place to be! You feel well treated and the place in general is quite, clean, and nice. It's located right to their private beach - can get crowded during the afternoon - which is clean and have excellent swimming options. The rooms are big, clean, and nicely cool. I would definitely come back. Only negative is the food from their restaurant which is a bit boring, but then again, go see the town of you fancy a greater food selection!

Long beach is white sand beach. It’s a nice beach in Phu Quoc to visit. There are activities like parasailing and motor biking. Worth spending time here.

This is the best hotel room I've ever stayed in. Make sure you get an 'ancient room'. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

I spent 5 days in this resort with my wife (pregnant). The overall evaluation is positive because this resort has everything you need to spend a great holiday: beautiful private beach and swimming pool, tasty food at the restaurant, some enterteinment (for the lunar new year they organized every night a special event and dinner), spa treatments, gym and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Of course they should improve a lot especially in terms of hygiene and cleaning services (the tables at the restaurant often are dirty, at breakfast food is exposed not very higienically and there are no tools to grab the food so guests have to use their own hands, 2 times we entered the room after noon and it was still not cleaned, we saw everyday the same dirty plates on the floor outside the room for our entire stay e no one cleaned up). Another important improvement is for sure to add more chairs on the beach and on the pool because they are limited and there are no rules so the first comes the first get it and people occupy the chairs all day long even if they are somewhere else. Moreover there are no mattress on the wooden chairs on the beach and it is not possible to use the ones on the pool chairs. The staff service is very good, they are always smiling and supportive but this is quite common in Vietnam. One special mention for one person in particular, Sham, a young guy of the staff speaking a very good English and always smiling and serving at his best. He deserves a promotion!

4 stars overall, but 5 stars to the friendly, helpful and caring staff. Ask for Crislyn and she will take care of you. 1.2538 stars for the "breakfast", but that is fairly standard in Asia. I just wish hotels would give us the option of paying less money for the room with NO breakfast. We are in the Ancient side and the rooms are fine. A bit old, but with character and I like the all wood decor. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Nice pool and beach access. Lots of Russian people are here in December. Must be cold in Siberia haha.

Airport pickup worked well, it was on time when we came and when we left. Staff was exceptionally helpfull and always making sure that everything was good with us. Two things to complain. Sunbeds were occupied with towels early in morning by greedy tourists. Some towels were laying there for hours and nobody was able to use those beds. I suggest that staff would pickup towels if anybody doesnt use the bed at the moment. The other was that cleaning staff started to work early in morning too loudly. One morning they rang our doorbell just after seven. There were plenty of restaurants and other attractions near by. Hotel's beach was very beautiful. Good place to stay!

Amazing and CLEAN place! It's very near the the wonderful beach, the restaurant there offers delicious food. The service is polite, friendly and watchful. You will feed like a king or Queen there ;)
