The Group began as a family-owned business in Hong Kong around the mid-1970’s, and started expanding into Vietnam in 1990. With its consecutive successes, the Group redirected its focus into real estate. In next to no time, Tung Shing Group opened its own commercial office tower, Tung Shing Square, and it’s residential property, Golden Westlake. Leonidas was established in 2004 as a division to manage the Group’s properties and other investments. Our mission Leonidas primarily supports the Tung Shing Group in managing and marketing the group’s real estate assets in Vietnam. These assets include: Managing and leasing Tung Shing Square, managing, leasing, & selling Golden Westlake Executive Residences. Leonidas also spends time seeking out any potential investments for Tung Shing Group to further expand its businesses.
