Brand new boat. Young energetic and cheerful staff. Great service attitude. So much food and excellent choice of meals. Vegeterian options also available. Thanks all Margaret team for their hospitality. We really had Amazing packed adventures throughout the day!!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was very good. Excursions were efficient and fun. Crew and guide was very knowledgeable about area and Halong Bay High quality cruise ship to enjoy a beautiful part of the world
Excellent tour in halong bay, I have a great time on the 3 days 2 nights Margaret cruise, the second day i have day boat to visited another place which quiet and lean not many tourist...enjoyed it, fabulous experience, the boat is immaculate as described. The food from the Chef, Mr. Ba was amazing, the view are awesome from my room with private balcony, jacuzzi, free tea, coffe, fruits in room, ...my room in 3rd floor and the cost a little bit higher than 1st, 2nd floor,ecceptable. Many interesting activities like caving, kayaking, cooking demonstration, taichi, happy hour, etc. Totally enjoy my stay at Margaret cruise and will comeback soon.
This is a cold blooded Company. my dad was having Spinal cord surgery before the trip. but we have paid 1200USD thru EXPEDIA. We asked if the margaret cruise allow us to postpone to later the year, since we are not on board yet and not even enjoy any service. Their answer to us, is as below: Opt1: You can transfer the booking to other guests to go on 18th Feb if they agree . You yourselves have to look for the guests who will be instead of - Opt2: You can change the travel date within this February if we have room available Please give us your final decision so that we can arrange soon for you. and said If we are in your case, we must accept. It is personal risk, So, I would like to tell you all, this cold blooded company said they are very flexible in helping by given the above 2 option. which is asking me to find replacement in 7 days or still travel within the same month. can you imagine, my dad need to go thru major surgery, is a spinal cord injury, then this company still suggest you to travel on feb and take it as a flexible favour to me. I really feel sick of this type of service.
Before booking at Margaret Cruises, I had ask my friends (who have just come back from her Halong bay trip) and read many reviews about this ship. And, to be honest to say, it really value for money. The staffs professional and nice; the main tour guide, Ryan, kind and knowledgeable (thanks to him, we know some about Halong); the activities various. I really love kayaking. At the first time, I feel scared; however, looking the calm water, I tried and I did it. Really awesome! It not your fault, Margaret, but the wifi connection is kind of weak. Hope this can be improved and for sure, I’ll come back soon.
