Few people heard about the Tu Duc emperor outside Vietnam. He was a man with considerable financial resources, but also taste for art and architecture. The Tu Duc’s empire vanished, but his beautiful mausoleum still attracts a lot of people. I liked pavilions, ponds and garden in particular.

One of the best Mausoleum I've visited in Huê, I didn't visit all of them but this one is quite nice. It's large but not too much it can be done within an hour easily. The tomb of the emperor and his wife are monumental, I really like the style and the set up of it. Inside the complex there is a nice pine forest too. There was almost nobody inside considering we went there at the end of January, the atmosphere inside was very calm. Definitely a must see in Huê !
This is fantastic, I'm a sucker for nature and there is heaps of it here as well as the history.
Nice Place to visit, landscape is great .
Is a very beautiful place, very peaceful and quiet.
This site would be better described as a burial Complex, its massive and features multiple tombs spread across a beautifully maintained collection of gardens and lakes. They really do a great job with the flowers which are abundant and lovely. Like many of the sites in Hue, however, information is hard to come by, if you're really keen on getting to know the history intimately then you need a guide / audio guide. Otherwise this is a lovely place to visit and cruise around, particularly if the weather is mild.
Mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc Khiêm Lăng (Lăng mộ Hoàng đế Tự Đức). This is the most beautiful tomb architecture in Vietnam. A project of extremely valuable cultural, historical and ancient architecture of Vietnam. We hope visitors to Hue will be able to admire the charming architectural landscape here. I am really proud of and admire the ancient architecture of Vietnam.
Nice pond full of koi fish. The tomb is built on a huge land area.
