Very friendly. Clean room w/aircon and fan. The owner's son speaks English, so communication is not a problem if he is there. It's near one of the main roads too; very easy to find. The shower did not get hot for me though.

Nice quiet street Big gymnasium across the road if you're keen. Helpful, friendly staff, shower warm, bed hard, room compact but nice enough for the price, good flat screen tv. Short drive to beach or main shopping area. Great value.
