Overtly crowded and packed during peak period. Food leftovers and tables were not cleared promptly. One of the smallest international lounge. Food selections were however, acceptable.

Much better than I had expected. The food was decent, quiet place to relax before my flight to Shenzhen. The staff was very friendly and dishes were removed quickly. You get a really good view of the runway. Highly recommended.

Great lounge. I especially liked taking a shower and relaxing in a leather massage chair. Then, I had an enjoyable breakfast. The lounge was not overcrwoded and offers a good view of the airfield. A nice memory of Hanoi!

Spacious and the food selection served is almost like a buffet in a high end hotel.There's even a massage chairs corner for the exhaustive traveller.Layout is minimal oriental design make it uniquely Viet.

The lounge is quite OK. Comfy chairs, good view on the planes,friendly staff. Food is somehow average. Mainly instant soupfresh extra ingredients. Huge library of softdrinks. Toilets are clean.

This review refers to the VN Lotus lounge at terminal 1 (domestic). Fresh fruit but instant phở (cup noodle-style) and only instant black coffee (machines dispensing milk-and-sugar versions available for the fans). Has VietnamAirlines no pride?
