Very beautiful landscape. Perfect for couples and selfie lovers. Clean toilet. Spacious room. Friendly staffs. Good buffet with large amount of varieties, however restaurant menu is ridiculously priced 150k for a fried rice which is 30k outside. There is a free bus to go to city center (02 Phạm Ngũ Lão) every 9:30, 14:30, 19:30 and return after 2 hours.

The basement floor room is not good. It is recommended that you reserve a room on the ground floor even if you pay more. It's a long way from downtown. If you want a rest, you can reserve this hotel. Breakfast is fine.

- no aircon in rooms - our room had no balcony - no soft chairs or sofa style couches on the premises. Basically with a baby sleeping in our room, we had no place to go and relax. Never seen a hotel with such little basic comforts. - nice pine forest to walk, but again no seats, no swings, no relax. - nice lake, but sort of cornered off to the rooms on the lake, not for main resort. Again no seats to enjoy lake view. - Kids club is run down - Karaoki/swimming pool building blocking view from main restaurant and has neon lights on it. - restaurant reminds me of a school canteen - restaurant has limited and basic menu for foreigners Terracotta is a cheapish resort catering to the masses. It falls short on basic functions that should make a resort a relaxing, nice place to stay.

This is a very beautiful, peaceful resort with amazing views and calm atmosphere.. The staff is very friendly, their in house hot stone massage is totally worth it.. restaurant has more non - vegetarian options than vegetarian but food is good !! Overall I would love to come back here again next time !!

We stayed at the villa over the weekend. The estate was large located on a sloped forest overlooking the lake, the view is spectacular. Some items I am not particularly fond of includes neighboring noise, a lot of loud karaoke singing and obnoxious parties in the late night. I do not consider this place luxury either. Although it is new, the building electrical wiring is faulty, broken shower valves, paint is already peeling in many of the buildings. The interior design is also troublesome, a lot of mismatching of colors and classy furnishings mixed with cheap grade appliances. For the value one gets, this place is a bit overpriced. It’s also ridiculous how they provide a kitchen with no basic pantry items like dishware and utensils. Renting and cleaning is an addition 1.5m on top of the room rate. Another annoying thing during our stay was the constant power outage in the evening as they were testing something. They kept turning the electricity on and off without consensus or updating for us to know. I am only ranking this place adequately because it is partly new and has a great location with fantastic landscaping. Other than that it is overpriced for the value having much to improve on including amenities, management and maintenance. TEN THINGS I WOULD DO AS GENERAL MANAGER: 1) Include hangers in closet space 2) Upgrade quality of toiletries 3) Enforce better policies on noise control late in the night 4) Provide aquatic tours of the lake 5) Fix and maintain light fixtures 6) Chose a different theme music for the resort 7) Invest in higher quality cabinets that don’t slam loudly when closing 8) Replace functional light switches that are more ergonomic and user friendly 9) Use better paint and primer to eliminate moist from peeling the walls 10) Provide complementary villa kitchen amenities like bowls, cups, spoons, etc.

My husband and I decided on Terracotta to be our wedding venue in a heartbeat. The beautiful lake and the endless rows of pine trees are exactly what we were looking for to create a soft romantic vibe and an intimate setting for both our local and international guests. We didn't even have to spend much on decoration because the view itself is a statement. I couldn't ask for more helpful and accommodating staff to work with for my wedding. When I expressed my top priority to be the dinner, they took time to discuss brand new menu options and solve all related logistics challenges that come with a reception by the lake. The staff also paid extra attention to the small details to make my guests feel welcome: they helped deliver my thank-you gifts to each room, handled check-in processes smoothly, provided timely buggy service between ceremony and dinner venues. When the virus situation affected my guest count, they were very understanding and helped me work out the best solution. They listened to my needs with utmost care and delivered exceptionally. Thank you, Terracotta team, for such a beautiful experience ️.
