Me and my family went to Trapped, Room 3 (Taken) in Hanoi. The room is definitely very fun and very interesting. There were many things we did not expect we were supposed to do. The staff is very nice and polite. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the room was very dusty land all the props were old, maybe if they replaced them it would be better. Also, there is only three rooms (when I went there) to choose from so there's not a lot of variety. I would recommend going in at least groups of 4. The price of the escape room is a bit on the high side (based on what my family said) with (2-3 people) 240k per person, (4-5 people) 200k per person, (6-8 people) 150k per person. Overall, I would definitely visit again if I had a chance to.

I've been to a lot of escape rooms in others countries and this was the first one in Vietnam. While it was not a bad room, it was not a great one. Some of the puzzles were a bit odd. The climb up to the third floor was a bit sketchy. That being said, if you've never done an escape room before it might be worth a try.
Great fun! unexpectedly profesional, friendly and engaging. Room 3 was a blast but there are 3 other rooms of varying difficulty for everyone.

Ein bisschen versteckt ist er schon, der geheime Raum. Im Treppenhaus hat man kurzzeitig Angst, dass es sich garnicht um ein Spiel handelt. Oben angekommen wird man dann jedoch vom freundlichen Personal empfangen. Wir haben zu zweit Raum 2 gebucht & 45 Minuten gebraucht. Es ist also durchaus machbar. Geocacher sind definitiv im Vorteil!
Cơ sở vật chất kém, sử dụng lâu đã xuống cấp. Không gian trong phòng chơi có mùi ẩm mốc. Cách bố trí vấn đề trong trò chơi ko hấp dẫn người chơi. Trò chơi ko thú vị
