Actually, I did not experiment this place due to my family arrived there at 6PM and it was closed. We spent much time to visit the combination of Dray Sap waterfall so couldn't catch up this area. If you want to visit both Dray Sap waterfall and Ban Don, you must start your trip very early in morning, especially by motorbike. It takes around 2 hour driving from any points - Buon Ma Thuot - Dray Sap waterfall - Ban Don. There is a bus route from Buon Ma Thuot to this area. We had tried to visit this place in order to let my children have experience on elephant riding. However, we lost the chance. Next time, we will arrange to visit.

Nice picture, nice tourguide. But. The price for motobike parking is 5.000vnd and he must take 10.000 to let us go. What will he do with foreigner ??? Do not want to think :(
Interesting place
An okay place built to represent the ethnic build style. The commercialized way they run it coupled to the fact that they abuse a chained-up juvenile elephant in the name of tourism is shameful and extremely disappointing to say the least. We spent a night here to be near the *Yok Don* national park conservation area to go view rescue elephants in their natural environment. This baby elephant should be released to them to re-habilitate and free. We do not condone or support elephant abuse of this nature. Dakviet travel (local conservation group) handles the rehabilitation and re-introduction of elephants into the wild as well as the education of local and international travellers. I rate them a 1 due to the fact that this is yet ANOTHER typical vietnamese exploited place and due to the fact that this elephant was seen in an abused state.
