We were doing research for 2 last two years for finding the reasons why it's hard for Vietnamese fresh graduate to get job after their graduation. So we were interviewing different levels of hiring managers. On our research we found that Vietnamese fresh graduates or young professionals (less then 3 year experience) are struggling on the following key skills Problem solving Skills Project management / development Skills Presentation & Interpersonal skills. And this is one of the key matters, tempting hiring manager kind of reluctant or resistant to hire fresh graduate and young professionals.
