We were so surprised when we found this authentic Japanese restaurant in Quy Nhon, we were even happier that we got the chance to try it. The food was absolutely incredible, we tried a few sushi dishes and also tried some dumplings too. We forgot to take photos unfortunately as they were all beautiful dishes. We also met the Owner/Manager and he is truly a great guy. We were sad that we only got the chance to visit one time as I would have definitely liked to visit one more time on my holiday. I highly recommend. The sushi was so fresh and tasty. All the staff there were super friendly despite the obvious language barrier. Excellent restaurant!! Probably the best sushi we have ever had in Vietnam.

I was not expecting to find an authentic Japanese restaurant in Quy Nhon and I was delighted to find Sho and to meet Hiro (owner/Manager of Sho). Everything was delicious and carefully served, the service was fast and except for the language barrier with some employees, everything was perfect. Hiro is an excellent manager, who does not mind going out of his way just to help his customers. We had a really good time at the restaurant and with Hiro who kept us company during the night. If you are looking for a Japanese restaurant, look no more: Sho is the place to go. Enjoy.
Beautiful and airy atmosphere with the excellent addition of a indoor pond with Japanese inspired plant decorations and seating. I really like the pond with koi fish! The food is very tasty and price wise worth it compared to other joints. The staff are attentive and friendly. Food is cooked with Japanese culinary experience. I really recommend the cooked sushi and meats.
If you like sushi. This is definitely the best place in town. Excellent service as well.
Situated along the bustling food street in Quy Nhon, this restaurant offers the best Japanese food in town. When my friend and I got in, we were amazed with the interior. There was this huge temple arch or torii towering over a pond full of koi fish. We went to one of the dining areas that had futon as we are preparing to have sumptuous meal. The waitress greeted us with a warm smile. We comfortably sat on the futon and as we flipped through every page of the menu that contained an array of food selection, we got confused which food to order. Thankfully, Hiro, the manager/owner, helped us in choosing our dinner. All I can say is that their food is like a delectable dynamite bursting into our mouth---full of flavor and authentic Japanese.
Authentic Japanese restaurant is in Quy Nhon city. The sushi set of Sho is one of the best sushi to me. This sushi is a bit cushy rice ball with fresh wasabi which is short-kicking the roof of mouth in the end along with rich-flavoured and fresh fish. Mr. Hiro is the chef at this restaurant and he comes from Japan. He must be very good at taste! His ramen will soothe your body. I tried a few cuisine, not once but two time visit. - pork cutlets with curry and rice - vegetable tempura - fried vegetable(I forgot the name of veggie) with pork - ramen(I forgot to take a photo)... Mostly they are pretty decent. I strongly recommend sushi and ramen if you will visit here only one time.
We had dinner here with family & friends. The serving of the food was very generous. Staffs are very accommodating & more importantly, food tastes good as well!
