I put my car in their storage for 1 year. Went all the way from Tay Ninh Province to District Thu Duc at their warehouse to check my car condition and to update payment. The girl in charge who called herself Anna Dinh took 1008Usd of cash payment from me and issued me a cartoon invoice with her signature on it, was not endorsed with company chop. So she promised on the spot she would issue me a electronic receipt later that day but I didn't receive it. Called her to hurry but she tried to be funny saying excuses like the boss quit his job and waiting for director to sign and would send me by this week??? I mean I paid yesterday and she was supposed to issue me the official receipt with company stamp on it having taken cash payment from me. Even if she couldn't produce receipt yesterday, she should issue me a receipt no later than today as it's normal working day. Splendid service. My car is with them as i rented car storage space. Enquired about shipping overseas my car which i bought in Vietnam. Asked the move coordinator for quotation six times in nine months! She only replied by now and with no quotation yet. Just hope they could serve a customer better bcoz i still need to rent storage facility for my car temporarily
